Rising Together Youth Mental Health Summit

Radical Partnerships, Radical Impact

A National Conversation on Schoolwide Youth Mental Health Screening

Thursday, October 29, 2026 | 2:00–3:00 PM ET | Virtual Conversation

What happens when schools, government, philanthropy, technology, and community leaders stop working in silos—and start working together?

Join Rising Together for an important national conversation exploring a new model for identifying and supporting students who may be struggling with their mental health before they reach a point of crisis.

This one-hour conversation will bring together leaders from the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, Baltimore County Public Schools, Bisciotti Foundation, the Ray of Hope Foundation, J&B Medical, and Possibilities for Change to share what we are learning through the Rising Together Schoolwide Mental Health Screening initiative—and what becomes possible when organizations build partnerships around a shared commitment to young people.

New Data. Real Students. A Different Model of Partnership

For the first time, Rising Together will share new data from spring 2026 schoolwide mental health screening efforts, including insights into student needs, intervention, connection to support, and the opportunities that emerge when schools are equipped to identify concerns earlier.

But this conversation is about more than screening.

It is about how we build systems differently.

Rising Together is demonstrating Radical Partnership: bringing together public agencies, school districts, nonprofit leaders, technology partners, funders, families, and community champions around a common goal—and designing the work so that every partner contributes something essential.

The result is reaching students earlier, supporting schools more effectively, mobilizing community resources, giving parents meaningful tools for connecting with their youth, and creating a model that can be replicated across communities and states.

During The Conversation We Will Explore

  • What the latest student screening data is telling us about youth mental health needs.
  • What happens after a student is identified as needing additional support.
  • Lessons learned from implementing schoolwide screening in real communities.
  • Why schools cannot solve the youth mental health crisis alone.
  • How government, philanthropy, nonprofits, technology companies, and community leaders can work together differently.
  • The Rising Together Radical Partnership model and its potential for national replication.
  • Opportunities for funders, family offices, corporations, foundations, school systems, and community organizations to become part of the next phase.

Who Should Attend

This conversation is designed for people who have the ability to move resources, influence systems, open doors, or build partnerships—including:

Philanthropic leaders and family offices • Foundation executives • Corporate social impact leaders • School superintendents and district leaders • Behavioral health leaders • Policymakers • Healthcare organizations and leaders • Youth-serving nonprofits • Community leaders • Athletes and entertainers committed to social impact

This is more than a webinar. This is an invitation

The youth mental health crisis is too complex for any one school, agency, foundation, or organization to solve independently.

Rising Together is building something different: a national community of partners willing to bring their resources, expertise, relationships, technology, and influence together so that more students can be identified, supported, and connected to help earlier.

If you believe prevention should begin before crisis, we invite you to join the conversation.
