New RAAPS Surveys: Ages 9-24!

RAAPS now covers older children through young adults!
To further support the ongoing efforts of everyone working to improve the health of our youth, RAAPS is pleased to announce the addition of two new surveys.

  • – Older Child Risk Assessment (for ages 9-11)
  • – Young Adult Risk Assessment (for ages 19-24)

These two new surveys will complement the existing RAAPS survey for youth aged 11-20.

As a care provider working with young people you know that there is a vast difference in health risks for the fifteen years between the age of 9 and 24.  As a specialized system especially for youth, RAAPS is designed to meet these unique needs – and the launch of these two new surveys provides additional flexibility to customize your care based on the needs of your patient.

Beginning November 1st, all three surveys will be available within the RAAPS online system at no additional charge.  Please contact us today if you would like to learn more about our surveys or to schedule a demonstration of the RAAPS system which was designed especially for youth and young adults – and the professionals who care for them.
